Plenary

The term “plenary” simply means absolutely complete in every way. When used in reference to the Scriptures, it means the Scriptures (Bible) is complete, lacking nothing in its designed content. The 66 books that make up the Bible are all there is, with nothing else to be added or deleted to make them more complete. When someone says they believe in the plenary of the Bible, they are saying the Bible is absolutely complete, lacking nothing to explain God’s revelations to the world.
