Statement of Faith

RCETC holds the following to be true:



1.) God

He is the self-existent one. (Gen.1:1 and Exod.3:14)

God is three persons, one spirit entity. Proof: One spirit, John 4.24 "God is spirit", singular. Three persons: 1 Pet 1:2-3 according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, by the sanctifying work of the Spirit, that you may obey Jesus Christ and be sprinkled with His blood: may grace and peace be yours in fullest measure. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, (NAS).

Other proofs: Matt. 3:16,17; Rom. 1:7; Heb. 1:8; Acts 5:3,4.

The major attributes of God are:

The work of the Holy Spirit includes the following:

5.) Salvation

6.) The Scriptures

7.) Heaven and Hell

8.) The Devil
